In 1925, Alla Nazimova made a motion picture called “My Son” for the First National studio (which would merge with Warner Bros three years later). This is the sort of blurb the studios would fix to the back of publicity photos which the studios would send out to publications to encourage columnists, journalists, and editors to write about it.
